VENDOR DETAILS

Event Location: Flesherton Branch, Grey Highlands Public Library

Booth Fee: $75 for one 10’x8′ booth

Application Deadline: January 24th

Selection Process: We thank everyone who applies, but only 10 applications will be invited to join us as vendors. We are looking for the most unique handmade items, and no two booths will offer the same items for sale. Only those invited to join us will be contacted.

Payment Details:

  • Full payment and completed forms must be submitted in cash by February 7th at 4pm.

  • Failure to meet this deadline will result in forfeiture of your booth reservation.

Product Requirements:

  • All products must be handmade by you or your team.

Vendor Responsibilities:

  • You must be present at your booth at all times during the event.

  • The Grey Highlands Public Library and the Municipality of Grey Highlands are not responsible for the safety of your booth, its contents, any monies exchanged, or sales made during the market.

  • You are responsible for the safety and cleanup of your booth space.

Event Hours:

  • March 7th: Open to the public from 12pm to 5pm

  • March 8th: Open to the public from 9:30am to 3pm

Setup and Teardown:

  • Setup: Begins at 10am on March 7th
  • Teardown: Must be completed by 5pm on March 8th

Important Note: No booth is allowed to leave the market early and must remain open for the full duration of the event hours.
